Description The 3-ring cheek offers an action similar to that of both a pelham and an American gag. The sweet iron mouthpiece is designed to enhance salivation. The central copper rings encourage the horse to ‘play’ with the bit as well as reducing the nutcracker action. Ideally used with double reins, it could be used with rein connectors or a single rein on the bottom ring.
